I waited inside for service about 10 minutes before anyone even noticed I was there. I had ordered on the kiosk but it declined my payment so I was waiting to pay at the cashier station after my payment was completed, I waited another 15 minutes for my order. The fries were hard and cold and my buns were dry and falling apart. I asked to have no onion but the first bite was as full of onion.
We waited 40 minutes in the drive through and nobody took our order. We ended up leaving.
When people are shutting their engines off in the drive through, something is wrong.
