The food quality wasn't the greatest
Ordered 4 meals for dine in and the wait time for our food was 30 mins.. we understand they were a bit busy but 30 minutes for the amount of food we ordered was ridiculous. People who ordered after us got their food well before us. Was never given a reason for why ours was delayed or apologizes for the wait. The tables outside were also very dirty as if they hadn’t been cleaned or looked at by staff all day. Ahhh too much of a wait for a hot coffee and cold coffee. Ordering directly would be better than kiosk I guess. When asked after 15 mins of wait, he said order has come, but he had not seen it yet. I mentioned additional sugar, but none were put.
They got our order fast but I paid for cheese on both of my items and they never put them on.
