Terrible place
Review for an elderly man I assisted today. “Horrible experience. My hamburger and fries were served cold. I politely asked a small female staff member with dark hair, maybe she was hispanic and a little overweight- to warm them up—NOT a refund—and she refused, acting rude and completely dismissive. Serving cold food and treating customers like this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never return, and anyone considering this McDonald’s should avoid it at all costs.
I ordered two snack wraps, paid for extra sauce and paid to have bacon and tomato added, did not get ANY of the extras that I paid for. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. DO NOT RECOMMEND
