I stopped at McDonald’s for dinner around 6:30 PM to get a double cheeseburger meal and some chicken nuggets. The fries and chicken nuggets were perfectly fine, but the burger was very overcooked and had big globs of grease caked on the burger like they haven’t been scraping the grill I almost ate the whole burger before I realized the black chard grease all over one side of my burger. Female that took my order lost my original mobile app code, so it "used" my reward redemption and I didn't get to redeem it. Had to provide a new mobile code at the payment window and get charged an extra $8. The manager refused to help or speak with me directly. Their response was "we can't fix any issues with the app." It wasn't an app issue, it was an employee issue. Either way, it's not supposed to be the customer's issue.
