Ordered 2 hamburger happy meals, didn't get a single burger in either. Order 2 burgers and fries and had to remind them that I ordered it by showing them my receipt. I would understand forget things if you're busy but there was maybe one car in front of me and one car that had just pulled up. I don't like doing this as a fast food worker but this is absolutely ridiculous. Thank you guys for stealing my money and food :)
This is the Best McDonald's if you like COLD food. Over and over, I've had to return food because it's cold. I believe they have a pile of cooked burgers sitting somewhere getting cold. Then they pull a cold burger, slap some cheese on it, and serve it. It's not even hot enough to melt the cheese. How can my food be cold when I waited so long for it. Fast and friendly
Easy review. Fast food has changed. As well as customer or should I say lack of good customer service. People go to fast food for a couple of reasons. Being a Chef for 20yrs I know food and people. We all go to all fast food for Consistency. Knowing if I order a Big Mac at Mc Donald's 5yrs ago I should expect the same Big Mac regardless of which Mc Donald's I go to.
