First timere here and i went through the drive through less than 10 minutes ago. I ordered just a diet dr pepper and it tasted like moldy mop water. Their lines need to be cleaned very badly. I will never be coming back
This location lacks leadership. The employees are unaware of proper policy and practices. I order breakfast thru the app (as usual at other locations this is not my usual spot but I go here on occasion) and I arrived at the drive thru at 10:32 and they advised I could no longer pick up due to the time. However this is NOT policy. I was denied the food I already paid for. This is not appropriate practice, this is not listed anywhere in the policy at time of order.
