First, they kept taking other people's orders in the drive thru and not the open lane I was in. So I went inside where the worker didn't know how to take an order and had to get a manager. Food took over 15 to be completed and it was put together like slop. Tasted worse than slop. Not recommended, drive a little further to the next McDonald's.
I couldn’t believe the managers on duty do not pay attention to how their employees bag customers food. I ordered a meal deal and an extra cheeseburger on the side, fries were scattered under the burgers and no nuggets were in the bag. The male manager looked like he was high on marijuana and made it a simple situation but in reality I had a crying toddler because no nuggets were in the bag, drive back wasting gas. I will absolutely not be coming back to this location. Poor customer service.
This is our brand new McDonald’s at Highway 59 and Highway 412. It’s a little bit down from 59 but that’s the best way to explain it. It’s not the one that’s by the casino. It’s beautiful. I got it put up quickly and we’ve got two new restaurants coming beside Chili’s and Olive Garden and yes, they’re working on both of them currently Welcome to all the new restaurants in Siloam Springs.
Took 30min for one big Mac, it was thrown together sloppy and everything was cold. 😕
