This location seems to never have dipping sauces, today i was told the delivery truck forgot to bring them, i got that response after having to go back inside because they forgot part of my order for the 2nd time in a row, not to mention the tables were filthy. If you live in the Champions Gate area dont waste your time, visit the one at Champions Crossings instead.
Ordered at the register to Dine in they handed me my food to go when I told her she said you put to go I said I ordered at the register to eat in my daughter got 8 fri that where in the happy meal box not in the fry package
The food is acceptable, but this location is consistently dirty, regardless of how busy it is. The staff does not greet customers. If you try to place an order at the counter, they tend to overlook you, leaving you with the option of using the machines, which I don’t mind, but it does slow down the ordering and payment process. The floors are perpetually dirty, and the tables are likely only cleaned once a day, if at all. I have been going to this McDonald’s for years and no one has been as attentive and nice as Amanda has been today😌. Absolute ANGEL!!
