Food served cold, the fries was cold, the frozen coke melted. Called in to speak to the Manager she expected us to come back to get replacement. I told her no thanks never gain. Spent $18 and had to throw it in the trash! Pathetic !
I come here often but this time was unsatisfactory. I asked for water and the lovely worker was going to give me a cup. Then someone came to tell her to make me park in a spot and wait. Nope, not doing that for water. I can’t even order water on the app or at the menu speaker, so must I wait every time? Didn’t realize I’d cause such an issue.
For such a “luxurious” area like ChampionsGate. This is location has the most incompetent staff I’ve ever come across. They mess up the simplest things such as a soda drink order. I’ve been here several times and it happens a lot.
