I don't review often. This location has been very good with the accuracy of our complex orders of kids meals, and the employees help me order with the screens that are located inside. I like this location as it is new and closer to my home, but they don't have a playland like the location in Stevenson Ranch does. They have a big parking lot. Maybe they could add a playland?
Slowest McDonald's ever!
This McDonald’s has the worst customer service. I sent my little brother in to get a Big Mac, and the so-called shift manager kept overlooking him because, according to her, the order was placed for curbside. However, the app clearly says to head inside for your order. I asked her what was going on and why no one had helped him, and she told me to watch my tone.
