New hallNew mcdonald's is one of the best mcdonald's spot.I've been to very clean people are very nice there.They take care of you.You're in and out of there quickly or you can dine in and enjoy yourself like you're at home.
Just got back home opened my bag and I was missing 2 items and all of my food was cold and stale. The last 5 times I’ve come here my order has been wrong!! From missing items I payed for, to them putting excessive amounts of onions and pickles!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. It always seems to be the same crew too…
Everytime I come to this McDonald's there is always something wrong. And it always has to do with the employees. I asked for assistance on the kiosk since I put in my 4 digit code and no one came out to help. Ok fine I'll wait 15 minutes for my code to reset. After I finally order the order is wrong so I go to ask for help and no one comes to help. My biggest problem I have with this place is the lack of service since those stupid kiosks came in . We get absolutely no service anymore not even a smile and they could atleast bring your food to the table. I can’t stand the kiosk and I hate how it’s mandatory to use them. If you want to pay cash for an order you will be standing there atleast 10 mins for someone to say hello I’ll be right with you they just look at you several times and walk by. Worst customer service, the gentleman was very rude as he was taking my order this was September 5th at 5:20. I then proceeded to give him my rewards code and he said the code didn’t go through there’s nothing I can do about it. I rather drive the extra miles to another McDonald’s not my first time experiencing something like this at this location.
