This place is always a mess. Managers all have attitudes every time I have been and they can't read orders right. On this trip, it took them 3x to get the sauces right on my order and the second meal was a Big Mac with 3 patties on it. Also as you can see, all orders are always in red
Very, very rude Service
If I could give the service here negative stars I would. I've been to a lot of mcds across the USA and in different countries and I think I found the worst one here in Jacksonville. Not only did it take 15 minutes for our food but it was delivered wrong and with an attitude. I don't care how much I think I want mcds I'll think twice before going back to this one.
Went threw the drive threw, it was quite busy.
