I respectfully assume that the person I spoke with was the manager. My family and I came through the drive-thru and decided to try the chicken tenders that were being advertised. Unfortunately, the ones we received were overcooked, gristly, and just didn’t taste good. When we attempted to resolve the issue, both my husband and I were met with a rude and unprofessional attitude. we were trying to place an order and needed help. when we went to the counter a rude lady asked if we ordered at the kiosk. we said no then she screamed at us and said "KIOSK!!!!" and ran us over there. we just needed help with our payment. overall a bad expiernce. the food is so good but the service is horrible. she should be FIRED!
