I witnessed the manager handle a very hostile customer during the 8 am rush this morning. I think he did a good job of taking the issue outside even while he was getting cussed out. I was impressed with his team who didn't stop in the choas but kept their cool while the commotion was happening. No one was gossiping or looking frazzeled. Good food kept coming and I thought we were in and out in good time given the amout of people being served.
I was in there today 9/13/25 around 9-930am with my mom ordering breakfast. There was a lovely older lady just doing it! Top notch with her work hussle. I was impressed with the way she was taking care of customers at the tables, pulling trash, running out food to customers, sweeping and mopping. Doing this with a smile and a fire in her step. Ordered ahead on the app. Pulled up to a long line BUT it was moving quickly. Both lanes were open. Confirmed mobile code and was on my way. Unfortunately they were out of the slushie flavor my son wanted but got a different one. Night and day difference between today and my first review years ago.
Horrible service every time I go to this McDonald's. Honestly just my own fault for coming back to same location expecting different results. Just takes forever to get food whether inside or drive thru
