Staff at drive through was nice, but the portions…. C’mon, at least put some type of effort.
I’ve lived in the area for a very long time, so I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times. I feel like over the last year or so, the employees are extremely rude in the drive through in the afternoon/evening. I’m not looking for 5 star service but even saying a simple hello would be nice. Usually at the second window, they just hand you your food/drink and slam the window closed without saying anything. Highly recommend the location on Bloomingdale Rd and Lake Street instead. The atmosphere here was perfect! It was clean, plenty of chairs and tables, lots of food and drinks too.
