Awful management besides Lisa and Jayquan. Everytime I come through the drive thru Kayleigh and Jasmine consistently show strong work ethic and customer service skills, despite the volume of orders and/or lack of coherent managers. This Mcdonalds is better than Main St. single-handedly because of those two.
If you are in Suffolk, the McDonald’s on Holland is one of the better locations in the area. The service is usually decent, and the staff tends to keep things moving even during busy hours. Orders are generally accurate, and the restaurant is typically clean compared to other nearby locations. It is not perfect every time, but overall it is reliable when you need something quick and consistent.
Better of the three in the area.
Too long of a wait. Maybe understaffed but in the time it took for staff to take my order after pulling up to the speaker I was able to contemplate leaving a bad review, decide to leave the bad review, write it, and post it.
I had an online order and they didn't give me all my food!
