We pulled up and our food was brought out, but when we checked the bag we noticed the sauce we asked for was missing. We politely let the employee know, and she responded, “It should be in the bag,” before walking away and running to the back. She never came back to help or resolve the issue. She ran to the back to hide as my husband walked to get the sauce.
Slow service and no talking
I dont reall go to mcdonalds, but they had these BTS toys and my wife is a really big fan so I was trying to collect them for her. Im use to mcdonalds employees to be less than willing to help at all. That wasnt the case with this mcdonalds. Well at least for two employees, one named Lisa and another women with pink hair Gianna. It was a small gester but one I appreciated. They actually took the time to look, and were really helpful and kind and had great customer service and care.
