Walked up to the counter and the female employee with red braids ask if I was wanting to order. I replied “yes” and she pointed behind me and said I could use the kiosk to place my order. I said “that’s ok” and left. What are the registers for if you are too lazy to take my order. I don’t want to fumble through screens trying to place my order.
Worst McDonald's of all time. McDonald's should consider taking this license away from this owner. Food was cold after waiting 35 minutes. Soda's ice was melted.
Terrible service, visit about 10pm on 3/19/25. Drove to second drive through lane, waited ten minutes without a peep after the automated message while 4 cars went through the other lane. Drove around and went inside, nobody at register, girl running drive through window with red braids complained that someone wasnt at the front register and went back to ignoring me and one other customer there, to quote "where is what's her name?
