For some reason I had to wait in line for over 15m.
I have been a customer for over 40 years. I never had such bad service as I gotten at the McDonald's in Jefferson city missouri. It was absolutely terrible. Something or someone needs to take care of now. It's the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever seen. I was embarrassed how by how it looked. And how the manager ran it. I was ashamed.
It was hot, stood there 40 minutes after paying to get my food, the people in front of me left before theirs came out so I gave it to my ride for waiting.
Slowest store only 4 people working and everyone on their phones they are very slow
Well I can honestly say that this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. To start it off I ordered 2 cookie totes, the lady responded back with that will be $5.60 then hung up so fast we couldn't even ask if that was for 2 bc the total didn't seem right. The order never came up on the screen so we just decided to correct it at the window.
