Abysmally lazy employees. Placed a Grub Hub order at 8:30 PM that was left pending until they closed at 10:00 PM because God forbid an employee at a fast food restaurant actually make a sandwich. Absolutely unreal that these people are earning a paycheck doing nothing. Fire them all and start over.
I waited over an hour for a breakfast meal. Had to leave or I'd be late to a work appointment. Only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they did make it good the next day and gave me my monies back.
I was forgotten in the drive thru waiting spot. 15 mins later, late getting back to work. Absolutely ridiculous! Had to go inside to get my order. Saw employees, lots of employees. Many on their phones. My order was sitting there forgotten. My fries were put in the bag upside down.
