Your walk up device needed to be updated. When we want to add items to our sandwiches or for instance make your fries well you can not. If we leave it up to the people at the front or I'll go back and tell them it does not get done. Please update your device in the lobby since you want the customer to take their own order or try to correct their by themselves. Also everyone needs a hairnet or pull their hair back. I asked for a refill and I have hair swimming in my lemonade. You need to do better.
Honestly, if this was based only on 1st shift, it would be an entirely different. First shift actually puts effort into what they do. You make any kind of complaint
Fairly decent quality, fries were a little over cooked. It was lunch rush so that may have played a role. Drive thru line moved slower than I'm used to and the person handing out the food was fairly brusque almost rude.
