This McDonald’s NEVER has a working ice cream machine. All ice cream products have been “currently unavailable” for over a month and before that most of the time they were unavailable.
Food after midnight is consistently cold and old

I don't think these people know what customer service means. The male manager was short with responses and not nice at all.
