This location is a freaking mess. It took them forever to even take the order, they at least warned they didn't have cash... when I arrived at the window I had to wait again... and somewhere between the 1st and 2nd window they lost my order and wanted to serve me a Happy Meal! I had to show them my receipt for them to believe I did NOT order a Happy Meal. When I got the meal the burger and fries were just thrown upside down into the bag, very loveless and sloppy. McDonald's in Rochester are nasty never again will I go!! The food is always luke warm or cold!! The burgers are salty just straight garbage
What is going on at this place? Whomever took my order on 4/5/26 at about 5:20pm was incoherent and rude. I ordered many things, one of which was a McFlurry. It was handed to me with ice cream all down the side and not sealed. I said this can’t be how it comes, and I was told to use the spoon in my bag to fix it. And the exterior of the restaurant is DISGUSTING. NEVER AGAIN LOL
Worst customer service. They have 20 folks in the back with no one doing anything. Like high schooler chillin in the lunch room instead of a job.
Waited in line at drive thru for over 10 minutes. The other line had 3 people order and no one even said a word on ours. We went inside to order as a result. Kiosk ordered and it did NOT give a paper receipt. Luckily, I saw my order number as it flashed on the screen. Time of food service was not bad, but they did not give out drinks. Then came back and said they needed to make the tea and it would be about 5 more minutes. I walked out then as my husband is more patient than I am about really poor service.
