The complete lack of customer service at this McDonald’s (and through their corporate website) was unacceptable. I placed a mobile order through the app and selected curbside pickup, but when I arrived, the app never gave me the option to check in. I had a valid receipt with an order number and payment confirmation. When I went inside to explain, the employees refused to help or even look into the issue.
