After waiting in the drive-through line for 45 minutes, I received the wrong order and the burger patty was raw inside…. This is a huge problem
This was the absolute worst experience at a McDonald's I've ever had. And that's that one time at another McDonalds I went to we ordered a McChicken and they forgot the chicken lol. But the customer service was better there at least then here. Every person at this McDonalds who placed an order waited for over 40 minutes. And then the food was still cold which makes even less sense. When we asked about our order, they shrugged once they noticed it had been so long before starting on it.
