Place well clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly

Drove 20 minutes to this place because they were one of a few places near us showing that didn’t close at 11pm. Showed up with a mobile order after 11pm. 2 cars were waiting in the drive thru. After 5 minutes, I just go around to the window and nothing. Not a single person was seen inside. Lights were on. Timers on the board running 15 minutes and more. Really wish they'd get it together. Not sure if it's management, the franchisee, or what. Every order has something wrong with it. Honestly seems like they do it on purpose. Nobody's THIS bad right? Welp, this one sure is.
Sometimes they are a little slow but that's because they are busy. It's a consistent experience which I value, the food that is. Some MacDonald's things are great but next time awful or mediocre but not here so far l.
