I was complaining about my order being wrong and telling this it’s a ongoing thing and the blue shirt trainer was yelling at me about being my fault because I ordered on Kiosk my receipt was right but order was not close I will not be back and neither will my family or friends the place is always dirty health dept needs to pay a visit
The assistant manager was extremely rude, and hateful because me, my fiancé, and mother in law and my fiancés son came in and we ordered food at the ceos and according to the assistant manger it’s our fault for not using the front but there is no one up front to take our order and the they threatened to call the cops because our order was wrong, also to add they NEVER clean the tables and if a customer asks an employee to clean off the tables they are rude and disrespectful about it. WE ARE NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!
Manager isn’t professional! Our order was wrong, got stuff we didn’t even order, so we told the manager what was wrong, and he went off on my mother, saying we ordered it wrong, and blamed us What happen to “customer is always right” never going there again!
New McDonald stores are trash! No workers present. Atmosphere is horrible! My family wont spend money at these stores!
