Worst customer service ever! Venus, Tx Mcdonalds. Truck in front of us at other wiindow, lady asked me to pull out and around, I explained not enough room she says yes there is then gets manager and he is so rude! Says you need to pull out and I explained not enough room and he almost yells YES there is!! I explained I am not tring to pull my forty thousand dollar car out and around ! Not enough room! So rude!!
Just went to this location for the second time and it’s the same thing missing food and the girl at the second window that works there today has a weird attitude don’t trust her with my food AT ALL won’t be eating here again
This is a great McDonalds to go to if you want to get surprised every time you receive your food, because it’s never what you ordered. I have been to this location about 6 times since it opened, and only once have I gotten what I ordered with no mistakes. I was willing to chalk it up to “new location growing pains”, but it’s been long enough at this point. Never wasting my money here again.
The worker Santos gave me and my crew excellent service and brightened my day, what a wonderful soul, five stars
