I’m honestly impressed — I didn’t know it was possible for food to be both desert-level dry and drowning in sauce at the same time. I ordered a simple #1 with no pickle. That’s it. Not a NASA launch sequence. Not “The Da Vinci Code.” Just no pickle. What I got? A burger so dry I needed a search warrant for moisture. Avoid!!! The orders are always incorrect items and meals are always missing and the food is cold. The worker was rude. My family and I have ordered through the mobile app two times. The past two times they have forgotten entire meals, the fries are cold ,the presentation of the food is sloppy. This is very frustrating and concerning when you spend almost $60 for six people. Breakfast starts at 4am.... everyday for the past week y'all don't have any food ready and its 4:20 when I show up. Get it together....yall should have Breakfast items ready to serve by 4am. I understand the system reboots or whatever but that shouldn't stop you from preparing food.
$70+ order, large fries hardly filled, charged for sauces and none in the bag.
