I came here and the drive through never even gave me what I ordered.

Me and my sister came to this mcdonalds in hillside, NJ 3 weeks ago. We came through the drive in. They charged my sister card 2 times. For our order and for somebody else order. The cashier was rude, never apologized for her mistake and said it was our fault. You as the cashier are supposed to know what the person order is. And on top of that she told my sister that the refund had to go back on the card which would have been like 4 days because it was the weekend. Had an issue using the app, the manager took care of it for me and I got my food super fast and it was fresh. You guys are killing it.
