Never had a problem with this place until I pulled a shoulder length black piece of hair out of my mouth while eating a breakfast burrito. Pretty disgusting, honestly don’t even know how you fit a whole piece of hair in a breakfast burrito. I get it, yall got orders, you’re rushed and stressed, but that’s what you signed up for working at McDonalds. Ive been eating at McDonald's for basically 30 years give or take. Ive been to McDonald's in other parts of the world and this is easily one of the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Ive been here multiple times and basically never had a good experience. For being basically brand new this place has gone down hill fast. The kiosks are stupid they dont print receipts the people that work there dont pay attention to the people in the dining room at all and once you do finally get someone's attention they seem genuinely disgusted ... read more
Employees are always rude and don’t care about their jobs. Always forgetting things like sauces and sides. This time they charged me for sauce that should have already came with my nuggets. I had another random upcharge that didn’t say what it was. Absolutely done with this location. I don’t understand how they can’t function and have so many issues.
