We ordered 2 meals and were told to move to the 3rd window to wait since there was a long line. OK, no problem. We got our drinks and moved up. 20 minutes later, we're still at the window while Car and after car behind us got their food and left. I've never waited 20 minutes for 2 meals before, so I went inside and asked what was taking so long. They couldn't find my ticket, but luckily I keep receipts, so I showed them my order number and they said they must have given it to someone else or forgot about us! They remade my o... read more
Normally this McDonald's do a great job! Late at night (after 1AM)on the weekend I received poor service. In daytime they are great during the week.
