They did not have receipt paper in the entire store did not tell us before we ordered and paid for our food then wanted to argue with us for 6 minutes. They are saying they have no manger at all right now. Just regular employees. Laura is the person who told us that. This store has really gone to crap in the last few years. I’ve lived in the south side my entire life and this decline in service and food is ridiculous.
Poor customer service This store needs to work on re-training their entire staff. If you don’t like your job then quit.
Please stop eating at this McDonald’s. I went there for lunch order the deal buy one get one for a dollar and ordered the hot n spicy. I get back into my bus take a bite of the chicken sandwich while driving off and it’s room temp. I called and spoke to a manager and she said bring it back or bring in the receipt. I told her this is the second time I’ve been there and the food was room temp. She said either bring the receipt or the food. I told her I couldn’t she said well there’s nothing I can do for you.
