I have been to this location twice now since it opened. each time i’ve had not, accurate, fresh food. The fries are salted and the people are friendly.
Honestly the most rude staff I have ever met. went through the drive thru to pick up a online order they answered with attitude got mad at me and made me come inside to pick it up then proceeded to call me a smartass/jackass and proceeded to tell me to leave
Saturday night, the 18th: I visit frequently and always receive excellent service, but tonight I ordered a Big Mac and a cheeseburger. Instead, they gave me the cheeseburger and some McNuggets. When I returned the order, the young woman—displaying a very poor attitude—swapped it for me, but the food was already cold. Went through the drive through provided my mobile order code they had my order and then said my payment has been canceled, first of all I dont even think you can do that in the app, second of all it is coming out of my account already so I had to pay twice for one set of food items, thw manager kept arguing with me even bringing her phone to show me a picture but she did not care to look at my bank account and my phone to see that I had been charged, my total was $8, you are telling me a manager cannot comp my meal when they... read more
