i went in the drive thru and sat at the first window for 4 minutes with absolutely no one at the window at all until someone from the second window waving their hand out calling me over. i only ordered a caramel frappe and there is barley any caramel drizzle on it like they're frugal with caramel drizzle. the lady didn't even care at all. the tiniest line of caramel ever.
Was confused was told I could get points if I would have not ordered on app but at time of visit don't understand first time ordering off app and I will cancel my order altogether if this happens again.
