Went through the drive through and ordered a meal with a coke. I was in a rush and stupidly didn't check the bag when I got it. When I got home I found out I paid almost $17 for 2 orders of over salted fries and what I think is dr.pepper. This was my first and last visit to this location. I guess I should have paid attention to all the reviews about wrong orders. Oh well live and learn I guess.
I mean it’s McDonald’s and it’s newer than the others but it’s one of the better McDonald’s around and is consistent. They have some really great staff here. Sometimes drive through gets orders wrong. The only thing I don’t like is there is no door on the play-place making it noisy in the dining room at peak play hours. I only visit this location out of convenience; otherwise, I would avoid it. My orders are consistently incorrect—especially during the late afternoon and evening shifts. The fries are often cold, overcooked, or stale, and I always receive the wrong items. Even when I place my order through the app and add condiments, they’re ALWAYS missing. I expected mobile ordering to improve accuracy, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. This location sucks.
Orders are consistently wrong, fries are always cold, and the only restaurant that doesn’t include napkins in the bag.
Night shift half asses everything and I find unenjoyable to eat or bring food home from here
