On Thursday, Oct 11 at 7pm.....I went inside to order a caramel frappe. Waited about 5-7 minutes for someone to take my order. At least 3 employees walked past me, not one told me that I HAVE to use the kiosk to place my order. After I finally got my 1 frappe order placed (at this point, I had been there 10-12 minutes), I waited and waited and waited for my order. I finally asked if my order had been lost. They honestly are so iffy. One day you might get good food. The next, soggy fries, onions on plain cheese burgers and no sauce in the bag. Its a hit or miss. Just take your shot with them but thats every place nowadays!
