Horrible management service received frozen fries asked for a refund. The manager, Amber threw the food at my car and the police ended up getting involved. She also would not issue the refund after all food was returned. I will be filing a complaint with the health department for receiving uncooked food and also a complaint with corporate. This is unacceptable behavior for asking for a refund
I ordered a mobile order left about 10 mins after I placed it. They parked me when I arrived and was waiting over 20 mins. I went through the drive thru to see what is going on with my order and they handed it right to me! Idk what is going on with this location but this happens about 90% of the time. I wasn't very happy I was waiting for along time and had to pull around just to get handed my order doesn't make sense to me.
I was trying to order at the drive-thru, and one of the workers decided to park his car in the middle, leaving it there for a while.👎🏻
