Every single time I come to this McDonald’s I’m told to pull up into a wait spot and I’m waiting forever . What is seriously going on this is insane

One of the most careless and messy McDonald's branches I've ever seen. Absolutely terrible service. No matter what product you order, it's always missing or unavailable. Thanks to their terrible and careless service, I thank McDonald's for making me hate fast food and hamburgers and directing me to a healthier life.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. I asked for a drink carrier at the window, and instead of simply giving me one, the worker shut the window and made me wait several minutes before trying to hand me the drinks again still without a carrier. When I asked again, I was told to pull forward. I expected my food to be made fresh since I had to wait, but when it arrived, my cheeseburgers were cold and tasted old nothing like what I usually get at McDonald’s. This McDonald's is rated the worst in the area for a reason. I've been here multiple times at all different hours and levels of business. The wait times are horrible. Be prepared to wait a good 20+ minutes for food that is lukewarm and wrong and staff that are short and rude.

Our order is rarely ever correct and whoever manages this location decided to start charging for sauces if you don’t order nuggets (or if you want more than one with your nuggets). But some of the employees are so nice and friendly, it almost makes up for everything else bc it’s rare these days 🫶🏼
