I've given this location multiple chances, but the wait times for basic orders are completely unacceptable. For my last three visits in a row, I’ve been told to pull forward and park in the reserved waiting spots while my food was being prepared. The complex order causing these ridiculous delays? After waiting 20 minutes for our food inside we waited at the counter to make sure we got our order - took awhile for someone to come out. We asked nicely if they received our order and the girl was not friendly at all and said we are working on it and walked away. The rudeness was unnecessary considering we were nicely asking if the order had been received after waiting 20+ minutes…. Service needs some major improvement at this location.

took 20 minutes to get the food it was cold and wrong the nuggets were stale ordered a berry blast sprite and they gave us a normal sprite , they had to get someone else to help them make my code work and take my order, terrible customer service, theres was no line most of the workers are teens doing nothing except sitting around

I know it’s just a McDonald’s fast food place but the service here was unacceptable. We waited inside for 20 minutes before somebody acknowledged us and they passed us off as DoorDash when we were literally just waiting on a plane cheese kids meal we got the burger literally just a plain burger with no cheese and they treated us like trash while we were in there. The only people inside of of course the drive-through was busy and that’s all they care about is their drive-through times but to be passed off as a DoorDash driver... read more
