Food was warm just barely. They didn't give a straw or add enough cream or sugar to coffee, so went in to get more. But at this location no condiments were out, had to ask. Stood patient for 5 mins while was ignoring by staff and manager so left. Will not come back to this location again.
This McDonald’s has gotten so bad I’m ready to go back to clark lane McDonald’s. I ordered online there were no cars/customers there when I got there and had to wait 15/20 mins for a kids meal. After I got my kids meal and checked dude was so rude when I told him they forgot my Apple slices. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The staff—primarily young employees—were unprofessional and more focused on joking around than assisting customers. After placing a simple order for a snack wrap, I was asked to pull forward. I waited there for 15 minutes with no update. When I returned to the window to request a refund, the young man working there made direct eye contact with me twice, ignored me completely, and only responded when I opened the window myself.
