Placed an online order. I accidentally placed the order for drive through but walked in to pick up. Someone looked for my order for 5 minutes and couldn't find it. I waited another 5 for the manager, Monique to assist. I was very patient and polite throughout the interaction. I asked her how she was and instead of responding, she gave me a dirty look. They are so slow. Drive thru takes forever.
This review is based on the last few visits beginning with when the chicken wrap was re-introduced. The manager closed the store apparently because she couldn’t keep up with the chicken wrap orders. I had purchased a mobile order that did not include the wrap when I went up to the drive-through, there was No sign on any door or the drive-through menu saying that they were closed.
