The food arrived promptly and was hot to the core, which is always a plus. The burger in particular was made with such care and attention to detail that it was truly a culinary masterpiece. Clean, fast, and friendly.
As a fellow McDonald’s GM this place sucks. Fry’s are ice cold espically at night. Fries should be cook to order after a certain time into the night. If I have to wait 5 minutes for a “ fresh” mchicken it better be piping hot as it should be “ fresh” but also once again cold. Makes no sense. Service isn’t much Bette you shouldn’t be huffing and puffing after 1 thing let alone at all. The management at the store obviously doesn’t do much to help the cause either. Took over 10 minutes for kids meals through the drive thru, then it was cold like it sat for 10 minutes. Won't be going back.
Ordered sausage burritos, hash browns, a coffee and a hot tea. It took over 10 mins to get the food. The food tray that they put the food on was dirty but did have a fresh paper liner. They gave me a cup of hot water but no tea bag!! These are some basic things that they missed. They don't seem very organized
