I’m a regular customer there, and they always assist me well. Maybe try working there and see what it’s like to deal with kids who come in every day, buy nothing, hang around, burn time on the chairs, throw ketchup everywhere, pull at the lights on the second floor, and scratch the sides of tables and other furniture. They’re ruining the place that's why the second floor is often closed. But when I go there with my kids and politely ask, they usually let us go upstairs.
