Food is the usual McDonald's fare..coffee is ok and muffins are good. Service is usually prompt and somewhat friendly. The one thing that is unbearable, however is the heating (or lack thereof) in this restaurant. Of all the McDonald's we have visited in Ontario..this has to be the coldest!! They have been asked to turn up the heating in winter..or turn down the air conditioning in summer..but they tell us it cannot be done. It is cold in here all year..and as a consequence we will not return!!!!
Ordered a 3 sugar 2 cream coffee, got a black....way to pay attention. Great job ...happens alot here it's kinda wild..gotta go outta my way to get a proper coffee...
This is the second time I have gone through their drive thru and ordered and egg McMuffin combo and received a slice of ham on my sandwich
If I could give this location negative stars I would. They have the absolute WORST customer service! The managers are miserable, they are beyond slow and pull you up to wait in their parking spots then take over 10 mins to get you your food. It’s supposed to be fast food, not me waiting in my car wasting my gas on these slow, rude staff members. They are snotty, they over salt their fries and they beyond slow.
