Service was excelente
I would like to thank the management team for the first service of my dad and I dining experience. The staff was amazing. They had patience and was ready to rock... I didn't get the manager on duty but he knew his stuff... Thanks for making fresh coffee for my Dad.... Kudos to the staff and management team ...

It took me an hour to get my food, even though I ordered ahead. After waiting 30 minutes, they gave me the wrong order, and I had to go back in for them to fix it — which took another 30 minutes. Needless to say, I ended up late for work. Extremely frustrating experience.
Service is HORRIBLE during lunch! How do you put the wrong sandwich in the bag when they BOTH have an order number on them!! All you have to do is MATCH THE NUMBERS!!! Line wrapped around the parking. People skipping in the line thinking they can just jump ahead to the second line. There is a line for a reason!!
