I came at 7pno busy to order coffee with my app and pay cash. I stood at register waiting while 3 employees look at me and 1 went back using the cell phone. Is this the type of service mcdonalds is now. Terrible. What mcdonalds only focus on morning breakfast and not the rest of the day. Another employee was on break in the lobby and I ask her if anyone could help because I can see she is on break. She offer to help me. Her name was Kaylesha...
I would like to say that there has been a complete turnaround at this McDonald’s. Based on today’s visit, the manager, Tracey, is extremely professional, well-mannered, and attentive. I have been coming to this location for many years, and the change under her leadership is very noticeable and refreshing. Customer service has greatly improved, and it truly makes a difference. Keep up the great work.
