This is a great McDonald’s. All of the workers were incredibly kind. The service was great. It was fast. The manager was incredibly generous. One of the kids made a spell and instantly the workers were there cleaning it up. Couldn’t be happy enough with this place. Look forward to coming back. I strongly encourage you if you’re looking for a great McDonald’s in Lubbock this is the one you want.

Don't really like going to McDonald's anymore due to prices, but kids like the chicken nuggets so I do. I go get my food at a restaurant. Prices are the same and yep you're getting good food. We sometimes buy kids and take their food with us to restaurant and eat there. Just saying its not worth buying a 4 dollar burger when you can get a good burger same price at George's or something.
Very clean an fresh on time food
Pretty terrible, did a mobile order thinking I’d go through the drive through and get it but nope, waited 5 minutes before anyone said anything on the speaker then got to the window and was told to go back around, then waiting another 20 before getting my food. Really really terrible
