We always stop here on the way back from Crystal Beach. Kids love it
Ordered food through the McDonalds app…went to pick up food and provided the order code. Supervisor said they don’t have the order on their end and I have to order through the machine which I refused to do since we’ve already paid using the app. Long story short…we paid McDonald’s twice(app and in store) and customer service refuses to refund our money. Stay away from this place! Supervisor Cayden is 17 year old. What a joke
I ordered a decaf coffee and was asked if I was willing to wait for a freshly brewed one. I said yes, but what I received was cold — clearly not freshly made. It feels like someone got lazy and just gave me whatever was available. Really disappointing, especially after I agreed to wait for a proper cup. So I returned my coffee, patiently waited for a fresh one, but still the coffee didnt taste right, coz its biiter, and smelled like burnt coffee.
