Terrible waiting time and the worst service. The waiting time was absolutely awful. Staff didn’t seem to care at all. This is the worst service I’ve experienced in the U.S., and unfortunately it was at this McDonald’s. Never coming back.
This might be the slowest, worst McDonald's around. It is supposed to be fast food, but when I bring my kids here to play, we end up waiting 10-15 minutes for a couple of happy meals and some nuggets. I thought the whole premise of McDonald's was to get your food quickly. Anything wrong with your order is difficult to signal because they only have one person working the counter and they dont always seem to care to stop what they are doing to service their clients.
