Went to get breakfast (steak, egg sandwich) did not even get what I ordered! Instead you’re normal (sausage, egg sandwich). Used this location since it is close to work. If you do not hear the customer order… say “can you repeat that?” Also ready the order back. I did not have time to turn around and get the order fix since I was heading work. This does not go for JUST this location but all McDonalds around Lubbock.
This location has the friendliest staff. Also I overheard a young lady named Emma helping an elderly man understand the rewards app. She was awesome.
