On May 1st during my lunch break I got a quarter pounder with cheese and a cup of water from this location and within 30 mins I had to rush to the bathroom to throw up. During the next hours I had thrown up 4 more times until my throat was sore. After I came back from the bathroom my supervisor, concerned for my health, sent me home and during the short 15 minute drive to my apartment I had to pull over on the side of the road to throw up again and the red droplets/streaks of blood got more prominent.
