I do not like their food, but this is the best McDonalds in Lubbock.
I normally don't have issues with this McDonalds, but whoever is working the grill/assembly line screwed up my order today. Whoever works the grill on Monday March 3rd, 2025, around 1145-12 you need to do better. I ordered a #3 large with a sweet tea, and when I got home, my large fries were half gone, not even filled, and my double quarter pounder is a single Quarter Pounder in a double Quarter Pounder box.
It was amazing they had wonderful customer service and the food was fresh, these people made the food even better thank you!
