Update: I talked to Selena, a manager, she was so helpful caring and understanding. I'm changing my score because of her. She was more helpful than the General Manager Monica. From the moment I walked in, the young lady at the register had an attitude. I watched her take my sister's order and not provide her, her beverage. I guess that uset her so she met my ordering with instant hostility. I provided my code which was for a $1 drink. I orderd a large fry and 2 cheese burgers. I would avoid this place if your looking for a decent reliable place to get food. If your looking for some kind of bad adventure, then I can recommend this place.
The Cookie Totes are my favorite! They are warm and fresh. In addition to that, the restaurant on 98th Street is full of friendly faces who rarely forget a face. That's service!
