Ms. Yanira had the worst attitude for customer service! After waiting several minutes without anyone acknowledging me at the counter she snapped at me saying “well what do you need? You was just standing there and didn't say anything” my response was “because i was being patient”. However, as the customer i dont believe im supposed to call for an employee…and i certainly dont think an employee should speak in such a manner to a customer that wasnt getting out of line! Just thought id share my experience
