Worst location in fort collins. Must be a different franchisee that never actually eats there. Fries are always refried by the time you get them, so who knows how long ago (or how many times) they were originally fried then refried. Timers are definitely not used on ready to eat food here. Its well past a food quality issue and definitely a health and safety issue. If you’re the GM or franchisee i suggest you go in around 8-9pm and try to eat the fries they are selling 🤮
$12 for a big mac meal is outrageous. The food has gotten smaller too. Asking if I am using the app every time is annoying. The 2 lane drive through should alternate in order of arrival. Can't tell how many times later cars go ahead of me.
Suuuuper bad customer service. Only go if you are in a headspace to deal with that
