I had a bad experience, but the general manager genuinely cares about customer service. Thank you Gabby for helping. For an honest review, it really depends on what time you come in to know what experience to expect. Mornings through afternoon you’re almost certainly going to have a good experience.
I placed an order late at night for my family and I, at 3 AM. Upon arrival, I was told that their system was down and it would be back up in 10 minutes. I waited because my wife was hungry. They proceeded to do this 5 more times claiming their system was down. Conveniently, their system was back up after lunch/dinner times were over.
