McDonald's was once a place where road weary travelers could stop, use the rest room and get food that was fast and relatively inexpensive, those days are completely gone. The only way to order is through a digital touch kiosk now. Employees don't even acknowledge the guest. I like my burgers a certain way. Extra this, none of that…. If I spoke Spanish, I could probably get it the way I want. I won’t be going back.

I ordered 2 chicken nuggets meals and the staff didn't give a damn and made the 2 cheese burger meals since it was easier for them and I'm not even sure if they understood the English language but I will not be coming back to this McDonald's at Drake and College Ave in Ft.Collins , Colorado ever again even tried calling the store to talk to the Manager and NOBODY IS ANSWERING THE PHONE fo figure i hope this crappy McDonald's is closed since they seem to care little about customer service or what it even is and I pray corpora... read more
