I was stuck behind a patron in the drive thru for far too long. Instead if instructing the driver to exit the drive thru and park to correct whatever the issue, myself and others were required to wait until the dispute was handled. This is unacceptable at a fast food establishment and the staff need to be better trained.
Poor service they got my order wrong and the female manager wanted me to drive All the way back to fix it. Are they paying my gas and time ?? Focus it’s 6:00 am amd already starting wrong 😑
