Stopped by while passing through town. Food was typical mediocre McDonald's. Bathrooms are locked to public, have to beg permission to use them. Once inside, discovered soap dispensers were empty, and hand dryer didn't work.
So sick of getting the wrong order We ordered 2 large skor McFlurrys and 3 small skor McFlurrys and we got some kind of biscuit type thing. Got it home and was very disappointed. My husband repeated himself 3 times and she still got it wrong. I don’t usually complain by geez come on

Stopped at the drive-thru ordered food and asked for a glass of water at the payment window— a basic question. The girl Prabh at the payment window snapped “I need to punch it right” and gave us a nasty look. Zero manners, zero respect. The other staff were polite, but one rude person like this ruins it all. If you can’t be decent to customers, don’t work in customer service. This is Canada — people expect kindness, not attitude. Get better staff or train them properly.
