Messed up our order
Completely god awful... can take anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes to even get your food and to find out they made it wrong. This happened to me, where they brought my food out just for me to find out they made it completely wrong. When I went up to get a new burger the- who im assuming was the manager came over and said "the way you ordered it wasn't on the ticket!", then told me to go back to my seat and that they would bring it out to me.
